1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Goals and Tasks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Goals and Tasks provides visual goal mapping, task tracking, and related productivity tools. Features may change over time, and some features require a paid Pro subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to harass others, to mine data, or to attempt to circumvent security protections. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual property
You own the content you create in the app. We own the software, designs, and trademarks that make up Goals and Tasks. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
